13-Axle Heavy Haul Driver – Lead Multi-State Specialized Equipment Transport Job Overview

The Opportunity

You will serve as a vital link in our drilling operations, safely transporting high-value, oversized equipment across multiple states. This role offers the chance to master complex logistics and heavy-haul setups within a company that values technical skill and safety above all else.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Operate specialized 13-axle heavy haul truck and trailer configurations across diverse multi-state routes.

  • Secure and transport oversized drilling rigs and steel casing using advanced rigging and tie-down techniques.

  • Navigate complex logistical requirements by managing state-specific permits and adhering to restricted route protocols.

  • Maintain rigorous safety standards and federal DOT compliance through meticulous pre-trip inspections and log documentation.

  • Coordinate site access and equipment positioning with field teams to ensure seamless project mobilization.

  • Execute high-stakes transport missions while adapting to varying weather conditions and demanding site terrain.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of heavy haul experience, specifically utilizing 13-axle or similar multi-axle setups.

  • Proven expertise in securing and managing oversize/overweight permits across multiple state jurisdictions.

  • Absolute willingness to travel frequently to various project locations as required by the business.
