Job description

Nurse Practitioner - PRN South Onsite Clinics

We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join one of the nation's most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,300 providers in Indianapolis, IN. This advanced practice provider will be focused on the well-being of Onsite employees and their beneficiaries.

Community Health Network has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, family medicine certified advanced practice provider to practice PRN at our Employer Health Onsite clinics on the south side of Indy. Minimum two years of experience as an advanced practice provider is required.
