Assistant Director of International Admission, South Asia

As an assistant director of international admission at SCAD Atlanta, you'll travel the world to build meaningful relationships with remarkable students, families, educators, and counselors - and show them how SCAD is the ultimate destination to launch creative careers. At every step of the way, you'll strive to increase positive awareness of SCAD in your assigned territory.

To support the university's overall goals, you'll:

  • Represent SCAD to prospective students at strategically identified high schools and colleges during school-specific events, information sessions, conferences, and other recruitment events  
  • Deliver engaging presentations and workshops, hold one-on-one appointments with prospective students, and meet with students visiting Atlanta
  • Follow up with prospective students to discuss their interests, answer questions about the admission process, and discuss opportunities at the university
  • Maintain accurate and thorough recruitment records

Candidates should ideally demonstrate:

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to travel extensively, domestically and internationally

Preferred qualifications:

  • Sales experience

Travel required: 

  • More than 50% 

Work hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
