Job Summary: As the Restaurant Sous Chef, you will be a key member of our culinary leadership team, partnering closely with the Executive Chef to oversee all kitchen operations. In this dynamic role, you will manage a talented team of line cooks, ensure the consistent preparation of high-quality dishes, and contribute to the development of innovative menu concepts.


Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and food cost management
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory control, food safety compliance, and staff scheduling
- Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Collaborate with front-of-house managers to ensure seamless service and exceptional dining experiences for our guests
- Monitor food preparation and presentation to uphold our high standards of quality and consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace
