Job description

Manifest Solutions is currently seeking a Project Manager for an onsite position in Columbus, OH.

  • Support administration and execution of Procurement's Grants & Loans compliance program through documentation management, reporting, certification tracking, audit support, and process execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer BABA and other supplier certification programs.
  • Maintain compliance documentation and audit-ready procurement files.
  • Track CPA requirements and documentation retention.
  • Manage supplier certifications and required procurement records.
  • Maintain dashboards, compliance trackers, and reporting tools.
  • Monitor compliance milestones and identify documentation gaps.
  • Coordinate with sourcing teams, project teams, contract management, legal, and suppliers to secure required documentation.
  • Support audits and agency reviews.
  • Assist with development of procedures, templates, and training materials.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business, project management, or related field of study with 3 years qualified experience, or two-year Associate's degree in the same disciplines with 5 years of qualified experience.
  • 3 years of qualified experience as a Project Manager Assc preferred, OR demonstrated competencies, knowledge and skillset through achieved results in a shorter time line.
  • Qualified experience includes work in project management, major construction field experience, project estimating, project controls, project engineering, and/or comparable internal or external experience in a competitive production environment.
  • Experience must exhibit progressively increasing project management and business acumen and responsibility for most of the PMI PMBOK knowledge areas.
  • Demonstrated preparedness for journey level PM knowledge capability in areas of construction safety, negotiations, scope development and control, cost estimating, construction contracting, project controls and reporting, quality control, risk management, etc.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.
