What You'll Do

As a Senior Global Sourcing Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products are supported by a resilient, high-performing supply base. Key responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Asia-based suppliers and Mexico manufacturing operations, aligning sourcing strategies around cost, quality, lead time, and supply continuity.
  • Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for components and raw materials that support operational excellence and long-term business objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers while proactively managing supply chain risks and market changes.
  • Manage supplier performance reviews using KPIs and scorecards to drive improvements in quality, delivery, service, and total cost of ownership.
  • Partner with Product Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, and SIOP teams to support new product introductions (NPI) and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities, value engineering projects, and process improvements.
  • Monitor global market trends, commodity movements, and supply chain developments to anticipate risks and maintain continuity of supply.
  • Support inventory optimization and service-level goals through collaboration with Purchasing and SIOP teams.
  • Travel domestically and internationally to strengthen supplier relationships, support sourcing initiatives, and drive project success.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or supplier management experience.
  • Experience developing and managing supplier relationships in a global sourcing environment.
  • Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) programs.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications
