RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Source qualified candidates for IT, technical, and construction/facilities management positions using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other sourcing tools.
  • Conduct personalized outreach to prospective candidates to generate interest and assess initial qualifications.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with recruiters to understand job requirements, hiring priorities, and sourcing strategies.
  • Screen resumes and identify candidates who meet position qualifications.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and track sourcing activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews as needed.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and provide updates on sourcing progress.
  • Research market trends and talent availability to support recruiting efforts.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional interactions.
  • Assist with additional recruiting and talent acquisition projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Authorized to work in the United States (required due to federal contract requirements).
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-3 years of recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably supporting IT, technical, or construction/facilities management roles.
  • Strong written communication, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred

$55,000 - $70,000 a year
