Sales/Sourcing Representative - Airline/MRO 

Remote Open until filled


Job Summary:

The Sales Representative is responsible for developing customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, supporting existing accounts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the sales process and helps drive revenue growth in the aerospace markets. Source parts and other materials from suppliers to fulfill customer demands. Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers and complete customer-facing quotes. Experience with sourcing, procurement, or supply chain is preferred.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. 

Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts. 

Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability. 

Follow up on quotations and customer requests. 

Resolve customer issues by coordinating with operations, engineering, quality, and logistics. 

Prospect and identify new customers within assigned territories or industries. 

Generate leads through networking, referrals, trade shows, and outbound outreach. 

Schedule customer meetings and product presentations. 

Maintain an active sales pipeline. 

Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing packages. 

Process purchase orders and monitor order status. 

Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software. 

Learn the company's manufacturing capabilities and product offerings. 

Understand customer technical requirements. 

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products. 

Travel as required based on business needs.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications, Knowledge, & Skills:

Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role

Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)

Track record of achieving sales quotas

Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required

Valid driver's license, vehicle and insurance

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics). 

NetSuite or other large ERP experience desirable

Professionalism, high energy and excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written) 

Knowledge of manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial products. 


 Compensation: $65,000-68,000/DOE   


Physical Requirements: 

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
