What You Will Work On

You'll support sourcing operations that keep products moving from suppliers to stores with accuracy and efficiency. Daily work includes managing purchase orders, resolving issues with crossfunctional partners, and using data to guide smarter decisions. Your work helps ensure our teams have the right products at the right time.

Dig into performance metrics to identify opportunities and support corrective action planning. Collaboration plays a big part here as you work with merchants, product development, logistics, and compliance teams. You'll grow your technical understanding of product categories and contribute to our sourcing strategy.

Who You Will Work With

Partner closely with suppliers, merchants, product development, import logistics, and quality assurance to ensure smooth sourcing operations. These relationships help you keep information flowing and remove obstacles quickly.

Your role also puts you in regular contact with compliance and crossfunctional partners, creating a collaborative environment where shared problemsolving drives results.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of related work experience

  • 2+ years in sourcing, product development, buying, planning, or production management

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to analyze problems and make effective business decisions

  • Knowledge of import logistics, customs, and factory compliance

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
