  • Monitor competitive lease rates and recommend strategies to stay ahead in the market
  • Travel 20-30% as needed for customer meetings, trainings, and relationship development

Vertical Markets Supported
Exposure may include (but is not limited to): material handling, light industrial, oil & gas, supply chain sourcing, hospitality, automotive, health sciences, and other equipment-intensive sectors.

    • Regional Account Manager: 5-7 years of sales experience in the equipment finance industry
  • Financial services/equipment finance/leasing experience is a plus
  • Proficiency with CRM software and pipeline discipline
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote, performance-driven environment
  • Must be located in Nevada, Arizona, Texas, Tennessee, or Illinois

Compensation & Perks
  • Base salary + commission (performance-based rewards)
  • 100% remote role
  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial culture with recognition tied to results
