What You'll Do
As a sourcing manager you will assist in developing and executing strategic initiatives across multiple categories. Analyze spending, pricing and market trends to identify savings opportunities. Oversee contract lifecycle management, including renewals and performance monitoring. At times you may need to partner with finance, distribution purchasing and member hospitals on sourcing strategies. Drive contract compliance and implementation efforts. Identify innovative solutions that enhance value for member organizations.
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited institution in Supply Chain, Business, Healthcare, Finance, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in supply chain contracting or strategic sourcing
