As part of our team, you will engage in virtual consultations, treatment planning, and therapy sessions using secure telehealth technologies. • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' needs, strengths, and mental health challenges.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using structured, evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.
• Establish and implement individualized treatment plans with defined goals and interventions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and shared learning.
• Engage in crisis intervention, perform risk assessments, and create safety plans, ensuring immediate client needs are managed effectively.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other disciplines by participating in regular treatment team meetings for coordinated care.
