Job description

Sony Entertainment Television India is seeking a Sr Administrative Assistant. The primary purpose is to provide daily administrative support to the Executive Vice President, Head of International Business.
Responsibilities
  • Answering phones and emails, maintaining the EVP's calendar, sending team meetings
  • Keeping documents in order and maintaining the filing system
  • Processing expense reports and making travel/entertainment arrangements
  • Creating and processing invoices and purchase orders
  • Managing contract deadlines and raising amendments
  • Liaising with the Finance team for allocation of incoming receipts to customer accounts
  • Updating metadata for the Electronic Program Guide (EPG) & Video on Demand (VOD) and coordinating with respective teams
  • Assisting marketing & sales teams as needed
  • Ad Hoc event planning

Qualifications
  • Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Is proactive on upcoming deadlines and takes initiative to learn new systems
  • Must be detail oriented and organized to perform efficiently
  • Identify work priorities and requirements up-front and make timely decisions
  • Demonstrate the ability to work with all levels of management
  • Demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • 1 -2 years related experience preferred
  • BA preferred

The anticipated base salary for this position is $31.25/hour to $33.17/hour. This role may also qualify for incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
