O'Bagel is a fast-growing hospitality brand focused on elevated food, culture-driven marketing, and highly engaging social content. We're building one of the most recognizable food brands in New Jersey through storytelling, community, and high-volume creative output.
We're looking for a hungry, creative, fast-moving videographer who understands internet culture, cinematic food content, and how to create videos that actually perform online.
Role Overview
This is not a traditional "camera operator" role.
You'll help document and shape the visual identity of the brand across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, commercials, campaigns, events, product launches, and community
activations.
You should be equally comfortable:
  • filming fast-paced POV food content,
  • capturing cinematic lifestyle moments,
  • editing social-first content quickly,
  • and bringing creative ideas to the table.
The ideal person understands both:
  1. how to make content look premium
  2. how to make content perform.

Responsibilities
Content Production
  • Shoot short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
  • Capture POV sandwich builds, ASMR food content, lifestyle shots, interviews, events, and campaigns
  • Film both planned shoots and spontaneous "in-the-moment" content
  • Help execute weekly content calendars and marketing campaigns
  • Capture community activations, partnerships, catering events, and store openings
Editing
  • Edit engaging social-first videos with strong pacing and hooks
  • Add captions, transitions, music, sound design, and platform-native formatting
  • Deliver fast turnaround edits while maintaining quality
  • Organize footage and maintain clean file systems
Creative Direction
  • Contribute ideas for viral concepts, campaigns, and recurring content formats
  • Stay on top of social trends, editing styles, and platform behavior
  • Help evolve the visual identity of O'Bagel and Mile Square Cafe
  • Think beyond "just filming" - help create moments worth sharing
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with the marketing team, designers, editors, and leadership
  • Participate in weekly content planning meetings
  • Collaborate with creators, influencers, ambassadors, and outside partners
  • Take feedback well and iterate quickly
Qualifications
Must Have
  • Experience shooting and editing short-form social media content
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and internet culture
  • Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar editing software
  • Ability to work quickly in fast-paced environments
  • Strong storytelling instincts and attention to detail
  • Reliable transportation for shoots/events
