Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. You will work with a dynamic team of mental health professionals while utilizing advanced telehealth technology to facilitate therapy sessions. Our platform provides a suite of resources to help you manage your clients effectively and efficiently. With a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, you will have a consistent work routine that supports both professional and personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct online therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of individuals, families, and groups, employing various evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness approaches.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop personalized care plans aimed at fostering healing and promoting personal growth, adjusting these strategies as necessary based on clients' feedback and progress.
  • Maintain and document session notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and contribute insights to improve clinical practices and the overall efficiency of client care.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and workshops to ensure knowledge of the latest trends in mental health care and engage in continuous professional development.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele experiencing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and other emotional disturbances. We value a holistic approach that ensures comprehensive care aimed at improving clients' overall mental health and wellbeing.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Active licensure in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, demonstrating expertise in delivering direct care to clients.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build effective therapeutic relationships with clients.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in working with a broad range of mental health issues, including but not limited to trauma-informed care, substance use disorders, and family dynamics.
  • Demonstrated success in a remote work environment, showcasing self-motivation and strong time management skills.
  • Continuing education or advanced training in specialized therapeutic methods or modalities.
Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
