Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, ensuring that you effectively address the emotional and psychological needs of clients.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to develop personalized care plans that outline therapeutic goals and actionable steps for recovery and well-being.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to create a holistic and integrated care approach, fostering open communication and shared insights.
  • Engage in continuing education and professional development initiatives to stay current with best practices and enhance your therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Your empathetic approach will be essential in providing support and guidance as clients navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current valid licensure in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
  • A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and client care.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine client-centered mindset, with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, though recent experience is preferred, it is not a strict requirement.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a telehealth setting or utilizing remote therapy tools effectively.
  • Specialization or training in areas such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, or play therapy.
Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
