JOB SUMMARY:

The Profit Solver Coach is responsible for implementing the Profit Solver software and providing coaching for customers within the veterinary industry. You will be working with various types of practices ranging from small animal to emergency/specialty and some mixed (equine/small animal) practices. You will also provide feedback to management on implementation process improvements, software enhancements, and overall improvements to enhance customer experience. The key objective of this position is to provide an excellent customer experience while implementing the Profit Solver software in a timely manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implementation of Profit Solver with assigned clients, quarterly meetings, and consulting advice is 80% of the position's responsibility

  • Meet the implementation goal of 5-6 completed implementations per month.
  • Take new and renewal customers through the Profit Solver implementation process consisting of the following items:
    • Kick-off meeting to review objectives, date requirements, and timeline to complete implementation
    • P&L review, setting profit goal with client
    • Review of services and time and motion studies for reviewed services
    • Consulting on Pricing and efficiency improvements to meet Profit objectives for client
    • Schedule and conduct quarterly meetings with customers post-implementation
  • Schedules and conducts webinar meetings with assigned clients during the implementation journey
  • Coordinates with the outside sales team and/or Direct Manager specific information related to implementation feedback to generate renewal opportunities for sales team.
  • Maintains customer implementation milestones via SalesForce
  • Maintains a project tracking system through SalesForce project of all implementation accounts assigned.
  • Communicate weekly with leadership on the status of accounts to achieve implementation goals, remain cohesive, and capitalize on selling renewal opportunities.
  • Meet with leadership on process improvements, software enhancements, and customer feedback on proposed software enhancements or new services.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Effectively uses multiple software systems to service accounts. These include Profit Solver, Salesforce.com, and Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Profit Solver software products and becomes a knowledgeable resource in product categories.
  • Continuously sharing innovative ideas, valuable feedback, and software improvements with management, drawn from both customers and personal insight.

Customer Service: 15% of position responsibility

  • Provides superior customer service and remains solutions-driven with all customers and/or customer concerns.
  • Transfers customer issues to management or support department to ensure quality customer service.
  • Manages meeting schedules with clients on new implementations and quarterly meetings.

Other duties as assigned: 5% of position responsibility.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (RVT or related experience/education) is required.
  • CVPM / CVT Preferred
  • Highly proficient in Excel (import/export, general formulas, pivot tables a plus)
  • Highly proficient in Outlook, SalesForce a plus

·         In-depth understanding of veterinary practice operations and services

·         Understanding and knowledge of how P&L works in veterinary industry

·         SaleForce CRM experience a plus

  • Minimum of 3-5 year’s experience in veterinary practice or a related industry position is preferred but not required.
