Job Description Job Title: Project Manager Sector: Garden Rooms / Self Build Location: East London Salary: 60,000 - 65,000 + Company Van Are you an experienced construction project manager who would enjoy working with private clients. Can you manage programmes of multiple, short programme projects. This Garden Rooms specialist is growing and needs you.

You will be joining an established Garden Rooms provider working across the South East. Dealing with private homeowners, strong communication skills will be essential as you co-ordinate and oversee installations on their properties. This collaborative employer puts team work first and is looking for a Project Manager who can build relationships with their customers, colleagues and external sub contractors.

Preferably, you will come from a trade background with some experience of working within the self-build or private client construction markets. Managing these turn-key projects will involve an oversight of groundworks, service connections, build, snagging and handover on all projects. The Role: Managing multiple garden rooms projects across the South East region Liaise with internal sales and coordination teams to build programmes.

Ensure materials and sub contractor services are procured and planned in for each project. Fulfil the 'go-to' contact role in the business for customer's projects, ensuring regular contact. Co-ordinate site set up and HSE compliance for each of your projects.

Responsibility for raising and adhering to project programmes Taking ultimate responsibility for quality control and final snagging About You: A construction project manager with experience in managing multiple concurrent projects. A team player with a commitment to quality and customer service. Collaborative working attitude in working with colleagues and external partners.

A willingness to 'get stuck in' when required in supporting a small team on site. Experience of self-build projects and/or managing private clients is highly beneficial.
