What does a Solutions Project Manager do?

A Solutions Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that involve implementing specific business solutions, often related to technology or process improvements. They coordinate between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met within scope, time, and budget.
