Who You Are:

As a Solutions Engineer, youโ€™ll partner side-by-side with Account Executives to drive technical win strategies, close enterprise deals, and deliver maximum customer impact. You are a trusted advisor who bridges the gap between AppSec, Development, and Executive stakeholders. As a technical product expert, you excel at navigating complex technical objections, architecting integrations into modern DevSecOps pipelines, and driving consensus during evaluation cycles.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Drive Deal Execution: Partner closely with Account Executives on key accounts to execute technical win strategies and directly influence ARR.
  • Lead Proofs of Value (POVs): Work with prospective customers to uncover pain points, architect solutions, and lead technical evaluations that demonstrate clear product value.
  • Deliver Tailored Technical Engagements: Educate prospective customers through customized product demonstrations, technical resources, and tailored responses to RFPs/RFIs.
  • Bridge Product & Engineering: Act as a vital liaison between Sales, Product, and Engineering, advocating for customer requirements, driving product feedback, and enabling our sales team to understand difficult technical concepts.
  • Serve as an Internal Technical Leader: Act as a subject matter expert across the organization, supporting teammates and mentoring peers on technical inquiries.
  • Adapt to Evolving Priorities: Take on special projects and strategic initiatives that align with the shifting priorities of the Solutions Engineering department.
What You'll Need:
  • Pre-Sales Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Sales or Solutions Engineer in the B2B SaaS space.
  • Security Background: At least 1 year of direct experience in the security space (e.g., Security Engineer, Security Researcher, Penetration Tester, or technical sales at a security vendor).
  • Software & CI/CD Literacy: Solid understanding of modern software development practices, application architecture, source code reading, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • API & Automation Skills: Practical understanding of web APIs (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) and the ability to write scripts to perform automated tasks and integrations.
  • Technical Communication: Ability to translate complex technical architectures and security concepts into simple, persuasive terms for varied audiences.
  • CRM Experience: Handsโ€‘on experience using CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred.
