Key Responsibilities:

Source and coordinate missing information with brokers, clients, and carriers
Track and manage quoting opportunities, following up proactively with carriers
Analyze Medicare and retirement health benefit solutions, plan designs, pricing, and network options
Collaborate on strategic recommendations and prepare professional proposals for clients and brokers
Guide clients through implementation, coordinating enrollment, tracking milestones, and ensuring a smooth transition
Provide ongoing support, resolve issues, and deliver prompt status updates to brokers and clients
