Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM implementation and enhancement projects.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Oversee Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Power Platform initiatives.
  • Manage data migrations, system integrations, testing, and deployments.
  • Drive user adoption, training, and change management activities.
  • Provide project status updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of project management experience.
  • 3 years managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) modules.
  • Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
