Job Summary:

The Solution Engineer focuses on system design, implementation, and modifications for MetaViewer Software solutions. This individual will provide the technical expertise associated with MetaViewer products and have in-depth knowledge of how to apply them to meet the Customers business need. The Solution Engineer will spend their core time implementing, training, testing and documenting additional requirements for our solutions. In addition, their role is to advance the product by collaborating with other members of the organization. The Engineer is critical to the success of the Professional Services team and the delivery of solutions to our customers.

Job Description:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deploy Metaviewer Paperless automation software as part of the Professional Services Team.
  • Support 5 or more external customer projects at a time. Project durations are approximately 3 - 5 months in length.
  • Represent Metafile by providing exceptional professionalism in both written and verbal communication with customers.
  • A wide degree of creativity, productivity and latitude is expected.
  • This individual should be able to perform with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
  • Provide technical expertise to all levels of the organization
  • Assist team in identifying Best Practices and repeatable processes
  • Diligently provide updates to Project Manager on the status of the project
  • Engage in Pre and Post-Sales consulting and review

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a minimum of 2 years Engineering experience
  • Experience handling Windows workflow, SQL queries and procedures
  • Excellent written, oral, and customer facing skills.
  • Proven ability to coordinate efforts of multiple groups
