Collaborates with management and stakeholders to align priorities and goals using technical know-how in a fundamental engineering area or technical domain. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to establish and refine scope and milestones for each aspect of a technical program, aligning to the broader program plan and company strategies and goals. Manages technical programs and moderately complex, cross-organizational initiatives impacting products and business. Manages moderately complex issues, bottlenecks, and risks within the scope of work, escalating when necessary. Contributes to and initiates improvements to technical programs, driving the implementation of industry best practices and moderately complex process improvements. Adapts and applies continuous improvement methods within technical programs, identifying insights within assigned workstreams to support generating recommendations that deliver operational efficiencies. Leads technical discussions within the immediate team to align priorities and facilitate collaboration on program goals. Leverages technical expertise to guide cross-functional teams. Collaborates with development teams to enhance reports, dashboards, forecasts, tools, and models. US: Hiring Range in USD from: $83,000 to $166,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
