Job Description
The Solution Architect - Exposure Management is a senior global role that owns the full technical lifecycle of customer evaluations - from the moment the Sales Engineer defines scope, through every deployment challenge, to a confirmed technical win. Reporting to the Solution Architect Lead, this person works across regions, enterprise accounts, and partner ecosystems simultaneously. Beyond hands-on delivery, they build the enablement infrastructure that empowers field teams to operate independently and at scale.
  • Pre-Sales Technical Leadership: Serve as the senior technical expert throughout customer evaluations, partnering with the Sales Engineer from scoping through to a confirmed technical win. Act as the key connector between pre-sales, support, product, and R&D - ensuring every technical challenge is addressed and every escalation is resolved. Analyze platform findings and present them to customer stakeholders in a way that connects technical outputs to real business value, turning data into clear, actionable security insights.
  • Field Enablement: Design and deliver training programs for pre-sales and partner teams globally, covering technical product knowledge, deployment best practices, and hands-on POC execution - supported by purpose-built labs, tutorials, and best practice guides developed along the way.
  • Operational Excellence: Build the tools and automation that turn complex deployments into repeatable, scalable processes - shortening time-to-value for customers and multiplying the team's impact globally.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in cyber security - as a Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or in a similar technical implementation role.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise networking and security architecture, including firewalls, endpoint protection, SIEM/SOC workflows, and vulnerability management.
  • Proven track record of owning complex, enterprise-scale POCs from scoping through close - including hands-on deployment, success criteria management, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Strong presentation and training skills - equally effective with technical practitioners and business decision-makers.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure deployments, security integrations, and security operations environments.
  • Highly organized and execution-oriented - able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams across different time zones with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a globally distributed environment and aligns around shared goals.

Nice to have:
  • Familiarity with exposure management or risk-based vulnerability management platforms.

The wage range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors in determining your pay. We'll consider your location, experience, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The wage disclosure has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which this position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current base wage range for this role is $121,600 - $248,000. In addition to the base compensation, certain roles are eligible for additional compensation, including an annual bonus or sales incentive based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role. These awards are allocated based on individual performance.
