Solumina iBaseT Lead Consultant / MES Solution Architect
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution required. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
  • 10-15 years of overall experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), solution architecture, and technology consulting.
Role Responsibilities
  • Provide best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects.
  • Offer technology consulting and advisory services to clients.
  • Assist in building the iBaseT Center of Excellence (CoE) and developing a strong delivery team.
  • Define project scope, effort estimation, and solution sizing.
  • Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) developments and support opportunity identification and pursuit activities.
  • Evangelize the Infosys brand and contribute to business growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 8-10 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture, solution architecture, and architectural frameworks.
  • 2-6 years of hands-on experience with Solumina iBaseT, including:
    • MES implementation and configuration
    • Integration with shop-floor systems
    • ERP integration
    • PLM and other enterprise application integrations
    • Solution design and architecture for multiple iBaseT implementations
  • 6-8 years of experience defining architecture and independently driving projects from an architectural standpoint.
  • 8-10 years of experience designing technology solutions for Discrete Manufacturing or Defense/Aerospace domains.
  • Experience working in Agile teams to develop and implement solutions for manufacturing programs.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with ERP and PLM teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on delivering innovative, high-quality client solutions.
  • Experience providing advanced technology advisory and consulting services.
  • Good understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies.

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA/ WA/NY/CO/MD/IL/MN/NJ/VT/MA: $94,000 to $131,600
In Washington, DC: $85,700 to $124,600
