3-Month Contract

JPC - 20437


Solugenix is assisting a client, a leading financial services company, in their search for an Processor. This is a 3-month contract opportunity based out of Fort Mill, SC (Remote).


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma and 3-5 years of mortgage processing experience is support of loan origination/servicing activities.
  • Provides direct support to clients, borrowers and approved third-parties.
  • Coordinate documentation and application intake.
  • High-level Document review, preparation of files to submit to underwriting.
  • Ability to review various loan documents and follow eligibility criteria.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage priorities and as well as effective time management.


Skills Required:

Mortgage Processing, Loan Origination Support, Loan Servicing Support, Document Review, File Preparation.


Additional Skills:

Time Management, Priority Management, Eligibility Criteria Evaluation, Verbal Communication, Written Communication.


Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $45/hour to 45/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.

After making a conditional offer and running a background check, if we are concerned about conviction that is directly related to the job, applicants will be given the chance to explain the circumstances surrounding the conviction, provide mitigating evidence, or challenge the accuracy of the background report.
