Job Description SOLIDWORKS Designer Location: Mosinee, WI Pay: $22-$30/hour Job Type: Contract-to-Hire Schedule: Onsite Daily Position Overview M Force Partners is seeking a detail-oriented SOLIDWORKS Designer to support mechanical design and drafting efforts for custom fabrication and manufacturing projects. This SOLIDWORKS Designer role will focus on creating and modifying models, assemblies, and technical drawings while collaborating closely with engineering, fabrication, machining, and production teams. The ideal SOLIDWORKS Designer will have experience with sheet metal design, SOLIDWORKS modeling, and technical drawings within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities Create new and modify existing SOLIDWORKS models, assemblies, and drawings to meet customer requirements Develop drawings that conform to customer and company drafting standards Utilize SOLIDWORKS and SOLIDWORKS PDM Vault for design management and documentation control Support sheet metal design and forming operations within SOLIDWORKS Collaborate with fabricators, welders, machinists, sales teams, and purchasing teams throughout projects Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications Assist with maintaining drawing revisions and engineering documentation Support manufacturing and production teams with design updates and technical clarification Ensure accuracy, quality, and organization of CAD files and documentation Required Qualifications Associate degree in Mechanical Design or related discipline 1-3 years of SOLIDWORKS work experience Minimum of 2 years of experience as a designer/detailer Experience with sheet metal SOLIDWORKS design Working knowledge of SOLIDWORKS forming commands Understanding of technical drawings and manufacturing documentation Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with SOLIDWORKS PDM Vault Working knowledge of welding and fabrication documentation Conveyor or chassis design experience Experience supporting manufacturing or fabrication environments Job presented by M Force Partners M Force Partners is a specialized recruitment partner connecting top-tier talent with leading organizations.
