Beyond field coordination, this person will support the broader marketing calendar and help translate brand strategy and consumer insights into campaign materials and experiences. This role is well-suited for someone highly organized and detail-oriented, who thrives on cross-functional partnership and wants to contribute in bringing brand strategy to life at both the local and national level.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Coordination (50%)

  • Provide guidance to field teams on activation, ensure partnership initiatives align with broader brand strategy, and drive best practices in activation execution.

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for local field activation, partnering closely with field leadership to support execution in the field.

  • Manage MBO class comps, ensuring requests are processed accurately and on time.

  • Process and track field partnership request forms and challenge request forms, keeping field teams informed on status and next steps.

  • Maintain and update the activation playbook, ensuring field teams have current, easy-to-follow guidance for local execution.

  • Field and triage incoming questions from the field on activation programs, challenges, partnerships, and playbook guidance.

Brand Activation (35%)

  • Coordinate and support owned brand experiences (events, activations, brand moments) from planning through execution.

  • Manage on-site execution for owned and partner activations, coordinating closely with agency partners to ensure logistics, staffing, and deliverables come together seamlessly.

  • Lead post-activation recaps, capturing key learnings, performance highlights, and recommendations to inform future activations and strategy.

  • Coordinate and support partner experiences, ensuring logistics, timelines, and deliverables stay on track.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (partnerships, PR, field, CX) to ensure activations run smoothly and reflect brand standards.

  • Track activation budgets, timelines, and deliverables, flagging risks or delays early.

Brand & Activation Strategy (15%)

  • Support the translation of consumer and market insights into brand strategy recommendations.

  • Assist in building out brand platform and campaign materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

  • Help prepare strategy and campaign materials for internal and stakeholder review.

What We're Looking For
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, brand, or field marketing coordination.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines at once.

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with field teams, partners, and internal marketing stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented, with a bias toward clear, proactive communication.

  • Interest in translating consumer insights into brand and campaign ideas.

  • Strong writing skills and comfort maintaining shared resources like playbooks and process docs.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $59,006 - 64,464 per year based on experience

  • Competitive salary range based on experience

  • Bonus eligibility based on performance

  • Monthly cell phone stipend

  • 401(k) with employer match

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
