We’re looking for a hands-on problem solver who isn’t afraid to get a little dirty! If you love troubleshooting, welding sparks, and keeping machines in top shape, this role is for you.

CMC and its affiliated companies utilize cutting edge technology to provide exceptional levels of product quality and customer service. We provide solutions for the most complex plating and dual coating requirements. CMC services the automotive, heavy truck, off-road, agriculture and energy sectors.  
About the Role:

  • Keep our equipment running smoothly with preventative maintenance
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Weld, fabricate, and build parts when needed
  • Troubleshoot issues and jump into action on the plant floor
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Document your work like the pro you are


About You:

  • Maintenance experience required
  • Welding and mechanical repair skills a plus
  • Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong work ethic, independence, and teamwork
