The Role
The Sales Account Executive is responsible for driving new business growth by selling merchant card processing and payment solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. This role focuses on prospecting, closing new accounts, and meeting or exceeding assigned revenue targets while delivering a strong customer experience.
What You'll Do
  • Prospect and acquire new merchant clients within assigned territory or vertical.
  • Present and sell Peri by Solera payment processing solutions.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Conduct needs assessments and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing and close new business to meet or exceed quota.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecast data in Salesforce CRM.
  • Partner with onboarding and support teams for successful implementations.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive offerings.

What You'll Bring
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Experience in merchant card processing, payment solutions, or financial services preferred.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Existing network Merchant clients
