Responsibilities:

  • As an LVN/LPN - Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, you will participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of the LVN/LPN licensure. 
  • Observes, assesses, and reports Patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
  • EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.
  • Ensures implementation of care plans as directed and administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Participates in assigning duties and supervises the delivery of appropriate clinical care by the CNA staff to ensure highest practical well-being is maintained by patient. 

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
  • Valid LVN/LPN - Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse License
