Job description

We are hiring for a creative, inspiring and dedicated Middle School Girls Volleyball Coach.

In acknowledgement of your role as theMiddle School Girls Volleyball Coach in the 26-27 school year, you will be paid $3,000.


This role includes the following responsibilities:

  • Developing and structuring practice sessions.
  • Attending all scheduled practices and games.
  • Adhering to the Boston Collegiate Athletic Department’s policies outlined in the Coaches Meeting & Handbook.
  • Maintaining detailed records and statistics for both home and away games.
  • Promptly reporting any incidents to the Athletic Director.
  • Distributing and collecting all team uniforms within one week after the final game.
  • Managing team equipment and maintaining inventory.
  • Providing weekly updates to parents regarding:
    • Transportation arrangements
    • Team updates and announcements
    • Behavioral and academic concerns

Upon approval from the business office, periodically drive school vans to and from practice or to

games. Tiered compensation will be provided considering the following parameters;

  • Coach drives to more than 50% of both games and practices throughout the season: $500
  • Coach drives to approximately 25-50% of both games and practices throughout the season: $250
  • Coach drives to under 25% of both games and practices (at least twice) throughout the season: $125

Coaches at Boston Collegiate Charter School Athletics are not required to drive. If you are

uncomfortable driving, it will not hinder your ability to coach.
