Located in the heart of Central Ohio, Illuminate USA is transforming solar panel manufacturing from ourcutting-edgefacility in Pataskala. As a new standalone joint ventureestablishedby two global leaders in renewable energy,we'verapidly grown to over 1,500 associates and are now fully operational in our 1.1 million-square-foot factory. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient workflows, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting safety initiatives, and fostering a positive team environment. Must have a strong background in warehouse operations, proven leadership experience, and a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to driving success.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and short-haul transportation

Coordinate tasks and staffing to ensure smooth, efficient workflows and on-time operations

Train, mentor, and oversee warehouse team members, ensuring adherence to proper handling procedures, inventory practices, and safety standards

Manage the establishment, maintenance, and accuracy of inventory records, ensuring proper tracking of all inbound and outbound goods

Promote and enforce strong warehouse safety practices, continually enhancing personnel and property safety awareness

Monitor and optimize warehouse layouts, space utilization, and processes for maximum efficiency

Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and other tools to track, analyze, and report on warehouse performance

Ensure all operations align with company safety, quality, and productivity standards

Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred

Minimum of 5 years of warehouse operations experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics workflows

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Solid understanding of warehouse safety standards and best practices
