ABOUT THIS ROLE
LVT is looking for a dedicated, hardworking individual who will directly impact the customer experience, improve uptime, interact with large customers, and streamline parts revenue. This position pulls, assembles, and ships parts to support the health and functionality of our Live Units, takes ownership of warehouse organization and inventory accuracy, interfaces with large customers, and works cross-functionally within LVT. Timely and correct order fulfillments allow quick turnarounds when something goes wrong.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment, ensuring parts and components are properly labeled, stored, and easily accessible
  • Actively participate in and champion 5S initiatives (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) across the warehouse and parts storage areas
  • Customer facing with large customers, thereby building trust and improving processes.
  • Defining shipments through UPS, FedEx, etc.
  • Pick, process, and fulfill orders in our ERP/Sales system.
  • Build and configure hardware components to communicate with our systems.
  • Help to define new kits and components for ease of installation in the field.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of customer parts inventory, parts sales, and field replacement.
  • Contribute to the overall team effort of shipping parts and maintaining a strong Parts Operations department.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
  • Familiarity with inventory management practices such as cycle counting, bin organization, and stock replenishment
  • Hands-on experience with 5S methodology or lean warehouse practices
  • Previous shipping experience preferred
  • Sales or Customer Service experience
  • Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with ERP/WMS
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment
  • Strong team player
  • Detail oriented
