Solar Installer starting pay is $20.00- $25.00 based on experience in construction or with solar.

Benefits begin after 2 full months of employment and 401K match after one year of employment. Responsibilities

Solar Installers will work on residential and commercial roofs to install solar panels using various mounting systems. Installers are expected to follow crew leader's instructions to correctly install solar equipment.

Qualifications

Candidates must be able to lift over 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work on flat and sloped roofs. Must be able to learn and effectively use fall protection devices. Must be able to use hand and power tools. Work well with others in a team atmosphere, have a strong work ethic, and have pride in workmanship.
