Intermountain Wind and Solar, LLC has full-time positions available for Solar Installers. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are excited about renewable energy and want to be a part of this growing industry.

Solar Installer starting pay is $20.00- $25.00 based on experience in construction or with solar.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, you will receive paid vacation, paid holidays, medical, dental, and vision Insurance for individual and family coverage. Benefits begin after 2 full months of employment and 401K match after one year of employment. We also offer supplemental benefits, accident, disability, critical care, hospital indemnity, and voluntary life.

Requirements:

***All applicants are required to pass a pre-employment drug screen plus a D.O.T drug screen and physical exam to be a driver with our company.


Responsibilities

Solar Installers will work on residential and commercial roofs to install solar panels using various mounting systems. Installers are expected to follow crew leader's instructions to correctly install solar equipment.

Qualifications

Candidates must be able to lift over 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work on flat and sloped roofs. Must be able to learn and effectively use fall protection devices. Must be able to use hand and power tools. Work well with others in a team atmosphere, have a strong work ethic, and have pride in workmanship.
