Join Solar Energy Solutions (SES) as a Solar Installer and become part of a team dedicated to delivering sustainable energy solutions. As a vital member of our installation crew, you will install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar panel systems for residential and commercial clients, ensuring high standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, mounting systems, and electrical components according to project specifications
- Perform site assessments to determine optimal solar system placement
- Ensure all installations comply with electrical codes and safety regulations
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other technicians to complete projects efficiently
- Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to company and industry safety standards
- Assist in troubleshooting and repairing solar systems as required
- Document installation activities and maintain accurate records
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in solar installation or related construction/electrical work preferred; training provided for motivated candidates
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and safety standards
