Role Description This full-time, on-site Commission Sales Associate role is based in Houston, TX and focuses on generating new solar leads and closing sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential customers, conducting consultations, explaining solar products and financing options, and guiding customers through the sales process. The Commission Sales Associate will follow up on inquiries, maintain accurate records of contacts and deals, and work closely with internal teams and installation partners to ensure a positive customer experience.
