About the Role

You will have the opportunity to be located within a large home improvement store chain.

We're looking for outgoing, motivated individuals to join our sales team as Retail Sales Representative.

In this customer-facing role, you'll represent Venture Home inside designated retail locations, educating homeowners about the benefits of solar energy and scheduling complimentary in-home consultations with our Energy Consultants.

What You'll Do
  • Represent Venture Home professionally inside assigned Lowe's retail locations.
  • Engage homeowners in friendly, informative conversations about solar energy and home energy savings.
  • Qualify homeowners based on basic solar eligibility criteria.
  • Educate customers on the financial and environmental benefits of going solar.
  • Schedule qualified homeowners for complimentary in-home consultations with a Venture Home Energy Consultant.
  • Accurately document customer information and appointments.
  • Attend ongoing training sessions to stay current on products, promotions, and industry knowledge.
  • Consistently achieve appointment and performance goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Compensation & Benefits
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $55,000โ€“$85,000 annual potential
  • Competitive hourly pay + uncapped commission
