Position Summary:
The Account Manager/Territory Sales Rep is responsible for developing the sales territory by prospecting for new accounts, building a new customer base, and driving customer retention. This position is responsible for growth in North Central CT (Windsor and Windsor Locks) and Central MA (Agawam, Southwick, and West Springfield).

Your Role:
  • Prospect new customers and develop new accounts.
  • Maintain existing accounts and relationships.
  • Develop and implement sound selling strategies.
  • Strategizing and executing long-term, group marketing projects.
  • Coordinating recycling service and transportation logistics.
  • Drafting contractual documents for ongoing service.
  • Acting as an expert in waste markets and service equipment.
  • Building and managing relationships with clients.
  • Expanding our client base.
  • Expedite the resolution of customers' problems and complaints with maximum satisfaction.

  • Must have a current driver's license and own vehicle.
