Job description

JOB TITLE: Dispensary Inventory Supervisor
AUTHORITY & SUPERVISION:
  • Reports directly to Dispensary Manager
  • Oversees Dispensary Inventory Specialists

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain daily stock of product on sales floor
  • Execute and follow up on operational standards, policies and procedures
  • Update SOPs as changes to policy and/or regulations occur and ensure compliance among team
  • Implement inventory tracking systems designated by management
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and security policies within retail stores.
  • Maintain and track levels of all supplies within the dispensary
  • Research and correct any product variances within the inventory tracking system
  • Inform Management of upcoming inventory needs
  • Work closely with Dispensary management team and the Finished Goods department to coordinate product movement
  • Build knowledge of METRC, Dutchie, and other inventory systems
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be proactive, have strong work ethic and pay great attention to detail
  • Organizational and time management skills required
  • Associate's degree in Business or related experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of Inventory experience required
  • Cannabis experience preferred
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships in order to gain support and results

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of 21 years of age
  • Possess valid driver's license or state ID
  • Must pass all required background checks
  • Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends
  • Must be, and continue to remain, fully compliant with all laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Frequently moves up to 30 pounds of equipment/materials/product within rooms (100 pounds with assistance)
  • This job function may include being in a stationary position or moving for extended periods of time
