Role Purpose:

The Site Integrated Planning Leader is accountable for all supply chain planning related activities on the site; this role also leads and develops the team of Integrated Planners at the site. This role is accountable for creating and executing the site’s end-to-end production, capacity, and material plans. This role ensures alignment of production capacity, material availability, inventory targets, and customer service objectives by integrating production and material planning activities. Acts as a key interface between integrated planning with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and Business Unit Integrated Planning to deliver reliable, efficient, and cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities: Supply Planning:
  • Ensure creation and execution of feasible, optimized, and integrated production and material plans.
  • Own the site’s integrated planning process to balance demand with supply and inventory strategies.
  • Coordinate adjustments to the production plan in response to changes in customer demand, material constraints, and production disruptions.
Performance Management:
  • Monitor and improve integrated planning input metrics (KPI) including schedule adherence (MPS), material availability, and capacity utilization, to deliver service levels and inventory goals.
  • Accountable for daily/weekly KPI management. Implement process health metrics and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions where needed.
  • Lead reporting, communication, and escalation processes to stakeholders on planning performance.
  • Responsible for site-level master data and planning parameters governance owned by planners.
Process and System Optimization:
  • Act as the site planning Subject Matter Expert (SME) and partner with regional or global integrated planning teams on execution and projects.
  • Partner with Integrated Planning COE for continuous improvement and planning standards adoptions. Lead for the site improvement initiatives across planning systems and processes (ERP, APS tools).
  • Promote standardization and best practices in integrated planning, ensuring Corning’s integrated planning process standards are adopted and followed by the team of integrated planners.
Leadership & Team Development:
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Site Integrated Planners responsible for production and material planning.
  • Set clear goals, priorities, and development plans to build team capabilities and promote a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment between planners and key stakeholders (manufacturing, procurement, commercial, etc.).
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate with finance on inventory and capacity budgeting.
  • Engage with business unit and site teams on new product introductions and phase-outs to ensure planning readiness.
  • Maintain effective communication across the supply chain network, influencing stakeholders to align on planning decisions.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning at manufacturing sites.
  • 2+ years in a people leadership position, with demonstrated experience managing planners.
  • SME on planning processes, ERP systems (e.g. SAP), inventory management. Advanced planning tools preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across levels and functions.
  • Proficiency in planning systems and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities.
  • Ability to lead and drive change in a dynamic environment.

The range for this position is$109,744.00-$150,898.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
