To thrive in a Community Solar role, you need a strong understanding of renewable energy systems, project management, and community outreach, often supported by experience in solar energy or environmental science. Familiarity with solar design software, customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, and knowledge of regulatory policies are highly beneficial.
