  • Monitor market trends (pricing, tariffs, supply constraints) and proactively adjust strategies
  • Evaluate supplier performance and drive continuous improvement across quality, service, and cost

Project & Operations Integration

  • Partner cross-functionally with Development, Engineering, Construction, Finance, and Asset Management teams
  • Support project delivery through procurement planning, scheduling alignment, and risk identification
  • Lead procurement input into Sales & Operations Planning (SIOP), forecasting, and inventory strategy

Risk Management & Compliance

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks, including tariff exposure, logistics, and supplier performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements
  • Establish contingency plans to ensure continuity of supply and project execution

Process, Systems & Analytics

  • Develop procurement analytics, KPIs, and reporting to support executive decision-making
  • Implement and optimize procurement systems, tools, and data management capabilities
  • Drive best practices in procurement operations, inventory control, and demand planning

  • Oversee hiring, training, performance management, and succession planning
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Tuition assistance and ongoing professional development
  • Employee assistance program (EAP) and wellness resources
