Role and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for optimizing the process parameters of the responsible process, improving efficiency, and standardizing control points.
  • Develop and modify process control documents and training based on improvement plans.
  • Reduce the cost optimization of responsible processes.
  • Responsible for liaising with customers to develop feasible solutions for special requirements
  • Responsible for training department employees on theoretical knowledge related to solar modules
  • Customer complaint and feedback analysis and improvement
  • Other matters arranged by the leader

Requirements


  • College degree or above, STEM related majors such as Semiconductor, Materials Science and Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, etc. is preferred.
  • Master relevant knowledge of on-site process flow and analysis and handling of anomalies in each process
  • Good independent problem-solving and data analysis skills
  • Hardworking and strong execution ability
  • Timely complete tasks assigned by superiors and provide feedback on results
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs individually or up to 50 lbs in tandem.
  • Able to sit, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time during working hours.
