The Opportunity

Bluewater is seeking a Group Sales Manager to lead,develop, andgrowa team of Account Managers. This roleblends hands-on sales leadership with people management.You’llbe accountable for team performance,employeedevelopment, and consistent execution across the salescycle, whilehelping toscalethebroaderdivision. This is more than a managerial role;you’llsupportdeal strategy,step into complex negotiations, and guide high-value opportunities through to close. Partnering closely with senior leadership,you’llcontribute to sales strategy, operating cadence, and the systems and processes that supportorganizational growth.

Requirements

WhatYou’llOwn:

Drive team revenueand gross profitgenerationby setting clear expectations, priorities, and accountability across the salescycle

Own and manage a set ofpriority customer accounts, directly leadingto revenue generation

Build long-termrelationshipswithcustomerswhile steppinginto complex, high-value, or strategic deals

Lead, hire, and develop a high-performing sales team, including training, coaching, and ongoing performance management

Drive strategy and lead teams inprospecting, deal structuring, negotiation, and account management best practices

EnhanceCRMdisciplineand pipeline accuracy, while collaborating with teams internally to improve operational efficiency

Define, track, and report on team goals and KPIs, ensuring strong pipeline health, forecast accuracy, andperformance visibility

Partner with leadership to refine go-to-market strategy, sales processes, andaccount ownership

Collaborate closely with Operations,Compliance, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

5–8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, including at least 2 years of prior management experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Demonstrated individual success closing complex deals and driving revenue growth

Proven ability to lead, coach, and manage high-performing sales teams

Strong coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills

Comfortable analyzing performance data and using insights to improve outcomes

Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales reporting

Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment

Experience in renewable energy, sustainability, or circular economy solutions is a plus

Enthusiasm towardstravel for client meetings, team development, and industry events
