Solar Energy Solutions (SES) is actively seeking reliable and skilled Solar Installers to become part of our growing team. As a key member of our installation crew, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar energy systems for residential and commercial clients. SES is committed to delivering high-quality, sustainable energy solutions, and your role will be essential in helping us achieve this mission.
Responsibilities:
  • Install solar panels, inverters, and mounting systems on rooftops and other structures
  • Ensure all wiring and electrical connections meet safety and quality standards
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to complete installations efficiently
  • Perform site assessments and provide input on optimal solar system layout
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols and maintain a clean, secure job site
  • Troubleshoot issues and perform repairs when necessary
