QCELLS, America's leading solar hub operator, is proud to offer unparalleled experience in solar panel manufacturing operations and managerial accounting through its Cartersville Operations Team. As a Sr. Sales and Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in devising and executing sales and operations plans for our exceptional modules. Our Cartersville Operations Team actively seeks passionate entry-level candidates to join our dynamic, passionate, and professional team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Efficiently manage Purchase Orders from sales equities, Sales Orders, shipment timelines, and delivery schedules while optimizing supply chain efficiency.
  • Manage accounts receivable (AR) to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Meticulously manage monthly sales transactions, issue invoices, and administer payments.
  • Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages or surpluses.
  • Collaborate closely with diverse teams involved in Sales, Production, and Logistics to optimize the S&OP process.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Production, and Logistics to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Leverage industry best practices and continuous improvement to continually enhance S&OP process activities.
  • Fulfill other responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 5+ Years of relevant work experience
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively cooperate with diverse teams and departments.
  • Detail-oriented with strong data analytical abilities.
  • Robust Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Thrives in a team environment.
  • Accountable with outstanding organizational aptitude.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with SAP software.
  • Fluency in Korean would be a valuable asset, though not required.
