Job Opening: Branch Manager – Grand Prairie, TX

Ecopro, LLC is a premier solar PV & battery backup equipment distributor with a 15-year track record of excellence across Texas, Louisiana, and Florida. We are seeking a high-caliber Branch Manager to lead our Dallas operations. We want the best and brightest—a leader who understands the solar industry and knows how to drive a team toward ambitious growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Operations Management: Oversee daily branch workflows, inventory control, and logistics to ensure seamless distribution.
* Sales Leadership: Meet and exceed established monthly sales quotas and drive revenue growth in the Dallas market.
* Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff to maintain high performance and professional standards.
* Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with solar installers and contractors.
* Reporting: Manage P&L responsibilities and provide regular performance updates to executive leadership.
Requirements & Prerequisites
* Industry Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the Solar/Renewable Energy, HVAC or wholesale distribution for the trades is strictly required.
* Management Experience: Proven track record in a leadership or supervisory role.
